Working with Assets
If you are a creative or a coordinator, you may have to manage, upload, and version Assets in Reviews.
Your tasks vary depending on your role. This section provides you with links to tasks your role typically performs as well as links to related information.
Note: This list is neither exhaustive nor restrictive and only includes some of the most common tasks you might perform according to your role.
Creative
As a creative, you are responsible for ensuring that the correct Asset versions are uploaded to ConceptShare.

Coordinator
Upload Assets for review. Ensure that reviewers comment on the correct version. Generate an Asset-level Feedback Summary to track the changes made on an Asset.

ConceptShare supports different file formats. Once uploaded, these files can be included in a review either as assets or reference files. - Upload Manager

When preparing a ZIP file of your animation, make sure that only one HTML file exists within the published animation folder per ZIP file. - Uploading Assets
Assets are images, documents, web captures, HTML5 banner ads, audio, or video files that you upload to ConceptShare. You can upload Assets through the Assets tab or directly to the Review that you are creating. - Downloading Assets
Depending on your permissions, you can download assets from either the Assets screen or the Proofing Workspace. - Versioning Assets
You version an Asset by uploading a copy of an existing Asset into ConceptShare. The copy is layered on top of the existing Asset. This process is different from uploading a new Asset. - Feedback Summary (Asset-Level)
A feedback summary provides a snapshot of the feedback that occurred on an asset. Depending on your permissions, you can customize the details included in the report.
